The ~7,000 sqft Prime Produce guildhall is a standalone building on west 54th street in Hell’s Kitchen. Our midtown Manhattan location is walking distance from most major train lines (1, A, B, C, D, E, F, M, N, R, Q, W), a direct turn off from the West Side Highway (on West 54th street), and just around the corner from Restaurant Row (NYC’s densest concentration of restaurants).

This astutely designed multipurpose space was created to meet the multifaceted needs of a community of makers, thinkers, creators, and doers: The ADA accessible ~2,700 sqft ground floor event space has hosted symposiums, conferences, exhibitions, lectures, panels, performances, screenings, parties, and 50+ person seated dinners. It also features street level Cafe 424, operated by Chef Mom. The 2nd floor collaboration space offers a shared co-working office space, 2 conference rooms, and a classroom/multifunction room for meetings, workshops, yoga, meditation, presentations, and classes. Our community also maintains a shared arts workshop, maker area, digital design rig (heavy duty tower PC for motion graphics and 3D rendering), rooftop garden, and a recording studio.
