Earthlings.NYC

This is our live turtle cam! Currently our Earthlings.NYC Turtle Team is working with the New York Turtle & Tortoise Society to care for an injured Eastern Box Turtle (Terrapene carolina carolina).

Our highschoolers have dubbed him “Shelldon.” He likes to burrow and sit in the soaking tub.

This Prime Produce 501(c)3 nonprofit initiative supports humans of all ages to engage ecology in their classroom, office, home, or from our headquarters at the Prime Produce Guild for Good.

Whether it’s a tiny little beetle grub or a hefty tortoise, there is always something that living organisms can teach us about the world and about our selves! Earthlings runs a wild turtle rehabilitation program in partnership with the New York Turtle & Tortoise Society as well as a beetle education program (where they rent out bespoke beetle habitats to classrooms, offices, and homes!)

Jerone runs this program with lots of help from local highschoolers, the Earthlings.NYC team, and of course PPAC guildmates.
